Ballito's main family beach and a Blue Flag beach for the 2025/2026 season. Lifeguards are on duty every day, there is a tidal pool and sheltered cove for little swimmers, and the promenade runs north from here towards Salmon Bay. It is also home to the Ballito Pro surf contest each winter.
Insider tip: Parking fills up fast in December and on sunny weekends, so arrive before 9am or walk down if you are staying nearby.
