Booking Agent Only Package | R500 per month

Ideal for owners who want to manage their own operations but need professional booking and communication support.

Full guest messaging (pre-arrival to post-departure)

Holiday Escapes Guest Cover
No longstanding exclusivity contracts – you remain in control of your property, and we fill the gaps.

Package Exclusions:

Cleaning, linen, admin hours, restocking, and maintenance support (owner manages directly). No access to Client Portal (communication in line with internal processes).

Add-on Rate: Admin/Comms at R250/hour if requested

The Weekender

Essentials Package | R800 per month

For hands-on owners who want guest communication and listing visibility, while managing logistics themselves.

Included:

Full guest messaging (pre-arrival to post-departure)
Listing on Holiday Escapes website
1 content update per year
1 admin hour/month
Cleaning scheduling support (cleaner billed separately)
Optional: Linen & towel hire, restocking, and maintenance (billed as used)

Restocking of essentials (billed at cost + R50 handling)
