Amenities Feature coastal luxury at its finest! The Primary Bedroom Suite is fitted with a lavish king-sized bed, walkthrough wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and a gorgeous bath overlooking the coast.
The suite's glass stacking doors open the space onto the upper balcony providing sensational views of the coast from the comfort of bed. For guests familiar with the Umdloti Beach area, the sun rises from this space are extraordinary!
Luxurious Guest Suites The upper level consists of an additional two beautifully decorated bedroom suites with king-sized beds, and lead onto the top balcony of the home, treating guests to exceptional views of Umdloti Beach majestic Dolphin Coast. The second guest suite has a beautiful "egg swing" chair located in front of its sliding door. Both bedroom suites have gorgeous private ensuite bathrooms with a shower and bath. The third bedroom suite also showcases a beautiful outdoor shower as an added treat.
The lower living level of the home has a private third guest suite which is accessed through the kitchen, or from the driveway directly. This bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom with a shower, private patio with a seating area and a tea/coffee station with mini bar fridge. The suite is serviced with it's own self-controlled air-conditioning unit.
Expansive Living Spaces: Lymegrove Beach Villa treats guests to a beautifully furnished, modern, light-filled space with high ceilings, comfortable seating, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. There are various lounges, seating and dining areas leading from the main living area, and onto the outdoor entertainment space.
The state of the art, fully fitted kitchen is also located on this level, and cleverly provides magical sea views from every angle with a mirrored backsplash to watch the waves whilst utilising the space with your back turned to the ocean.
Modern Amenities Featuring: This statement home has a lift which runs from the garage to the lounge to assist guest with limited mobility, and bring up your groceries directly from the car. The 4th guest suite is located on this, the 2nd floor of the home.
Other details to note:
There is a ducted air-conditioning system throughout the home, except in the 4th bedroom which is serviced by it's own self-controlled unit. Each bedroom suite is also fitted with ceiling fans.
The master and two upper level guest suites have flat screen TVs, private ensuite bathrooms and a dressing table.
