Daily cleaning services during your stay can be arranged upon request for your convenience. While these services include weekends and South African public holidays, please note that a slightly elevated fee may apply.

This vacation home maintains a strict non-smoking policy, which all guests are kindly required to observe.
Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of a few private storage cupboards.
Please note, this oceanfront apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the Marginella Beachfront Complex. While there is a lift in the building, guests are still required to climb approximately 25 steps to get from the parking area to the building's reception area where the elevator is situated. From the reception area, there are approximately 20 steps (separated halfway by a landing) to the 2nd floor of the building where this apartment, No. 5 Marginella is situated. The elevator does not work during loadshedding and power outages. This means there are stairs to reach the apartment during load shedding, power outages, or any unforeseen issues affecting the complex’s lift.
The complex strictly enforces designated quiet hours. Guests who breach these times may be subject to a Body Corporate fine. We kindly ask all guests to be especially mindful of noise levels when enjoying the balcony in the evenings.
