Accessed via a short staircase, the main living area welcomes guests through a large wooden door onto a spacious balcony featuring a 12-seater dining table and stylish seating. The formal lounge boasts a massive 90-inch TV perfect for cozy movie nights. This open-plan space includes a formal dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with a scullery, and a convenient pantry. A second dining area leads to the opposite side of the balcony and onto a piazza-style terrace with two outdoor dining areas—perfect for poolside lunches.
