The combined reservation accommodates up to 16 guests, comprising a maximum of 12 adults and four children aged 16 or younger.
Please note that this is not one large house. It is a combined reservation for two independent apartments, making it ideal for guests who want to enjoy time together while retaining genuine privacy and their own space at the end of the day.
Each single-level apartment accommodates up to eight guests and has its own private entrance, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartments are not one interconnected house; they are two independent homes reserved together under one booking. This allows the group to stay close while still enjoying genuine privacy and personal space.
One enquiry, one set of dates and one reservation secure both apartments together. Availability, rates and minimum-stay requirements are confirmed for the combined stay, removing the uncertainty of coordinating two separate bookings.
14 Tamboti
14 Tamboti offers refined coastal living, panoramic ocean views and elegant indoor-outdoor entertaining.
This luxury, golf-focused apartment features four spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one guest toilet, accommodating up to eight guests on one level. The main bedroom is en-suite and includes a walk-in wardrobe with generous cupboard space, while the second and third bedrooms open directly onto the balcony’s outdoor living area.
The open-plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen flow onto a large semi-covered entertainment balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean and Simbithi’s lush landscape.

Strict No-Party Policy
These apartments are both privately owned residences, a strict no-parties policy applies. This includes all gatherings such as celebrations, events, baby showers, hen or stag parties, and similar events, functions, parties and/or large gatherings. Should you have a special request, please contact Holiday Escapes in advance to seek owner approval where applicable.
Estate Access & Security
These apartments are located within the secure Simbithi Golf & Eco-Estate, which maintains strict access control. To ensure smooth entry, guests are required to submit a copy of each guest’s ID to Holiday Escapes prior to arrival.
Cleaning Services
Daily cleaning services are charged at a cost of ZAR 450 per service, Monday to Friday with additional weekend and Public Holiday Servicing available on demand. Kindly note that charges are dependent on scheduling requirements.

Please note that while we love animals, this home is not pet-friendly.
Booking Agreement
All reservations are subject to the Holiday Escapes Terms and Conditions. A Holiday Rental Agreement will be presented upon arrival for review and signature.
