The brand-new clubhouse at Zimbali Lakes, opened in 2026 and open to the public, overlooks the Ernie Els Signature golf course. Its anchor is the Big Easy Winebar & Grill by Ernie Els, serving South African-inspired dishes such as aged ribeye and line fish ceviche with Stellenbosch wines.
